DoorLoop Pricing (2026): Plans, Fees and What You Actually Pay

DoorLoop's headline price is easy to find. What it costs you in practice depends on three things: how many units you have, whether you pay monthly or yearly, and which transaction fees you pass to tenants. Here is the full picture, with the fees most pricing pages leave out. Our author has used DoorLoop in his own operation.

The short version

Up to 10 units: Starter, $69 a month billed yearly ($99 month to month). More than 10 units: Pro, $149 a month billed yearly ($189 month to month). Want transaction fees waived and API access: Premium, $209 a month billed yearly. Paying yearly saves about 12–30%, depending on the plan.

The fees on top of the subscription

These are the costs that change your real number. Most are paid by tenants or applicants, but some land on you.

What a year really costs

A 6-unit landlord on Starter, billed yearly: $828 a year in subscription. If tenants pay rent by bank transfer and you pass the $2.49 fee to them, your cost stays at $828 plus the one-time $98 in setup fees.

A 25-unit operator on Pro, billed yearly: $1,788 a year, or about $6 per unit per month. At this size the multi-entity accounting and QuickBooks sync are usually what you are paying for.

Is DoorLoop worth the price?

If all you need is to collect rent from a few units, free tools like TurboTenant or Avail cost less. DoorLoop earns its price when you want full accounting, owner statements and maintenance in one place, with onboarding that does not take weeks. How to pay less

  • Pay yearly instead of monthly: about $360 a year saved on Starter, $480 on Pro.
  • Pass ACH fees to tenants, or move to Premium if you would otherwise absorb them on many units.
  • Watch for DoorLoop's periodic welcome offers on the first months and onboarding fees.
  • Stay on Starter until you genuinely pass 10 units.
