RentRedi Review: Flat-Price, Mobile-First Landlord Software
RentRedi takes a different approach from the free-tier crowd: one paid plan, every feature included, unlimited units, and a strong focus on its mobile apps. This review is built from RentRedi's published pricing and features plus independent reviews, compared against the platforms we cover on this site. We have not run our own portfolio on it.
The short version
Excellent value if you will actually use the features: unlimited units and everything included for about $12 a month on the annual plan. There is no free plan, and it is aimed at owner-landlords rather than management companies.
What RentRedi does
RentRedi covers listings, applications and screening, rent collection by ACH, card or cash, autopay and automatic late fees, maintenance requests, tenant messaging, accounting and reporting, and team access. Landlords and tenants both get full mobile apps, which is where RentRedi puts most of its emphasis.
Pricing
As of October 2026, from RentRedi's website. Always confirm current pricing before you sign up.
| Billing | Effective price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $29.95/mo | Cancel anytime |
| Every 6 months | $20/mo | Billed semi-annually |
| Annual | $12/mo | Billed yearly; most popular |
All three billing options include the same features with unlimited properties, tenants and teammates, and there are no per-unit fees. Applicants pay for screening ($39.99, or $49.99 with income verification). There is a 30-day money-back guarantee rather than a free trial, so you pay at signup.
Strengths and weaknesses
What works
- Unlimited units for one flat price
- All features included, no tiers to compare
- Strong mobile apps for landlords and tenants
- Cash payments and credit reporting for tenants
Where it falls short
- No free plan; you pay at signup
- The monthly price is more than double the annual price
- Not designed for trust accounting or outside owners
- Fewer in-depth independent reviews than older platforms
How it compares
Against TurboTenant and Avail: both start free; RentRedi does not. RentRedi makes sense when you want everything in one paid plan and are managing enough units that per-unit pricing (Avail) or feature tiers (TurboTenant) start to pinch.
Against DoorLoop: RentRedi is much cheaper. DoorLoop is the stronger choice once you need full accounting depth or manage for other owners. Read the DoorLoop review →
Who it is for
Weighing it against a free plan? See RentRedi vs TurboTenant.
Owner-landlords with roughly five to 50 units of their own who like managing from their phone and are happy to commit to an annual plan.
The verdict
RentRedi is one of the best values in landlord software if you pay annually. Skip it if you want a free plan or manage properties for other people.
